After Our One and a half hour gyming session
and we are all ready to swim!
Yay, Finally went swimming with the girls at
CCK swimming complex! Missing Joey as
she wasn't feeling well but however
we had fun!

Yep, we had fun gyming and swimming and we spend total of 4 hours exercising. Accomplishment! We were famished after your exercise session and went Pastamaniaaaaa for pasta!!(: It's really an awesome day out whereby there were much laughter and heart to heart talk session with them! Friends are the ones whom brings us laughter and makes us throw away our trouble and problems when we get together am really glad to meet them in my polytechnic life and that let's exercise more often!
